This product is a water-soluble microemulsion cutting fluid with wide applicability. It has good lubricity, anti-foaming and anti-corrosion properties. Precautions for use

  • When using it for the first time, the water tank and pipes of the equipment must be cleaned before adding new liquid;
  • Use clean tap water to prepare the solution. Do not let other chemicals contaminate the working fluid, otherwise it may affect the use effect of the product;
  • Regularly skimming off the floating dirt on the surface of the cutting fluid and adding new fluid can help extend the service life of the working fluid and ensure the processing effect;
  • When replenishing new working fluid, the water and original solution must be fully stirred evenly before adding to the water tank;
  • Regularly use a refractometer to detect the concentration of the working fluid. If the concentration becomes low, the concentration of the fluid must be appropriately increased before adding it to increase the concentration of the original working fluid;
  • Do not add water or original solution directly into the working fluid to avoid uneven concentration of the working fluid and affect the overall effect of the working fluid;
