Product Description
This product is developed for the processing of magnesium and aluminum alloys. It is blended with various additives such as refined base oil, surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, lubricants and additives through a special process. Has good stability, lubricity and rust resistance. It has good resistance to hard water, strong adaptability to water quality, and does not contain harmful ingredients such as nitrites and phenols.
Applications
It is suitable for processing sensitive materials such as magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, and copper, and can also process ferrous metals. Can be used in stand-alone and central cooling systems.

Precautions for use
- When using it for the first time, the water tank and pipes of the equipment must be cleaned before adding new liquid;
- Use clean tap water to prepare the solution. Do not let other chemicals contaminate the working fluid, otherwise it may affect the use effect of the product;
- Regularly skimming off the floating dirt on the surface of the cutting fluid and adding new fluid can help extend the service life of the working fluid and ensure the processing effect;
- When replenishing new working fluid, the water and original solution must be fully stirred evenly before adding to the water tank;
- Regularly use a refractometer to detect the concentration of the working fluid. If the concentration becomes low, the concentration of the fluid must be appropriately increased before adding it to increase the concentration of the original working fluid;
- Do not add water or original solution directly into the working fluid to avoid uneven concentration of the working fluid and affect the overall effect of the working fluid;
- The specific usage concentration and frequency of adding new working fluid will vary according to the on-site usage environment. Users should make adjustments based on their own actual conditions.
